       Mr. Mahabir Singh, learned senior counsel appearing for the Contemnor-State  undertakes that the State is going to comply with the direction of this Court  immediately.  In view thereof Mr. L. Nageswarar Rao, learned senior counsel does not  want to press this Contempt Petition.  It is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed.
