These are transfer petitions filed by the State  

of  U.P.  seeking  transfer  of  Writ  Petition  Nos.  

6681(M/B) of 2008, 8155(M/B) of 2008 and 9147(M/B) of  

2008 pending before the High Court of Judicature at  

Allahabad, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow to this Court.

However, the learned Additional Advocate General  

for the State submits that the transfer petitions be  

dismissed as not pressed.  

Ordered accordingly.
