JUDGMENT: JUDGEMENT O R D E R  Though, pursuant to the order of transfer made in Transfer Petition  (Civil) Nos. 737-738 of 2003, the records of these cases are received in this  Court, the requirements of Order XXXVIA Rule 5 of the Supreme Court  Rules have not yet been complied with and the requisite paper books  produced.  We think that it will be proper to consider these cases after the  procedural requirements are met.  These cases will, therefore, be listed for  hearing later, after they are ripe for hearing.
