O R D E R

We  have  heard  the  learned  counsel  for  the  

parties.

It is agreed upon by both the counsel for the  

parties  that  the  proceedings  in  Complaint  Case  No  

1668C/2008  titled  as  Nisha  Jaiswal v.  Nityam  Kumar  

pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah,  

State of Bihar be transferred to Patna.

The  parties  shall  appear  before  the  District  

Judge, Patna on 30th August, 2010 on which date the  

District Judge shall transfer the same to a court of  

competent jurisdiction.

The  transfer  petition  is  disposed  of  

accordingly.
