O R D E R

Despite service of notice, no one appears for the  

respondent-husband.  The transfer petition has been filed by  

the petitioner wife  seeking transfer of Transfer Suit No.  

322/2008 titled Jalaludin v. Gulista pending in the court of  

Civil Judge, Junior Division, Saharanpur, (UP), to the court  

of appropriate jurisdiction at Dehradun.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner-wife  

and having perused the contents of the transfer petition, we  

are of the view that the same should be allowed.  The same  

is, accordingly, allowed.   

Let Transfer Suit No. 322/2008 titled  Jalaludin v.  

Gulista pending  in  the  court  of  Civil  Judge,  Junior  

Division,  Saharanpur, (UP),  be transferred  to the  Family  

Court at Dehradun (Uttaranchal).
