O R D E R  

This   transfer petition has been filed for transfer of H.M.A. Case No.1011  of  

2008 titled Sh.Vikash Padmakar Vs. Smt. Rajni, pending in the court of Additional  District  Judge,  Rohini,  Delhi,  Room  No.202  ,  to  the  Family  Court  at    Ranchi,  

Jharkhand.  Having  heard  learned  counsel  for  the  parties  and  having  considered  the  

grounds set out in the petition, and in particular ground (b), we are of the view that  sufficient grounds have been made out to allow the transfer petition.  The same is,  

accordingly, allowed. H.M.A.  Case  No.1011   of  2008,  pending  in  the  court  of  Additional  District  

Judge, Rohini, Delhi, be transferred to the Family Court at Ranchi, Jharkhand.
