It is stated before us by the learned counsel  

for  the  petitioner  that  the  respondent  has  taken  

possession of the disputed premises.  The respondent  

has also sent a communication enclosing the keys of  

the  premises.   The  same  be  handed  over  to  the  

learned  counsel  for  the  petitioner.   In  this  

situation, no further orders are called for.

The contempt proceedings are dropped.
