Considering  the  facts  and  circumstances  of  the  present  case,  particularly  the  age  of  the

appellant-accused, we reduce the sentence of the appellant-accused to three months only.

If the appellant has not served out the sentence, he shall be taken into custody to serve out

the sentence.

The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
