O R D E R

This  transfer  petition  has  been  filed  by  the  

petitioner-wife seeking transfer of Matrimonial Suit No.  

69 of 2009 titled  Tanmoy Sadhukhan v.  Aparna  Sadhukhan  

pending before the Learned District Judge at Chinsura,  

West  Bengal  to  a  court  of  competent  jurisdiction  at  

Dhanbad, Jharkhand.

It  is  submitted  by  the  learned  counsel  for  the  

parties  that  as  the  parties  have  compromised  their  

disputes, the transfer petition has become infructuous and  

hence this petition may be disposed of as having become  

infructuous.

Ordered accordingly.
